A Black-owned coffee brand that made its name through online coffee sales starting in 2020 before opening its first brick-and-mortar in North Lawndale in November 2024 — bringing specialty coffee to Chicago's West Side for the first time in a community-centered space. Monday Coffee serves as more than a café: members get exclusive access to events, and the space is designed as a gathering hub for
