A tiny, beloved Fort Greene cocktail bar and casual restaurant from a Black-owned team, Dick & Jane's has a long bar running the length of its moody, tin-ceilinged room — with dark banquettes, mezcal margaritas, burgers, and kale salads in a neighborhood spot The Infatuation calls easy to walk into and hard to leave.
