Opened 2007 by Greg Beard in a tiny brick storefront near Wyoming Road. Famous for reviving the Boogaloo Sandwich — a Detroit invention from the 1960s. The Boogaloo is a more sophisticated cousin to the Sloppy Joe: seasoned ground beef, caramelized onions, melted cheese, and the famous Boogaloo sauce on a toasted bun. Metro Times, Corktown Connection, and Healthier Michigan all featured.
