After more than 40 years in the restaurant industry, Bonita 'Bonnie' Henderson opened her own restaurant in Chandler in December 2024 — a distinctive all-day concept centered around fondue and sandwiches, including a cornmeal-battered Shrimp Po'boy, The Phoenix Philly cheesesteak with poblano peppers and nacho cheese sauce, loaded baked potatoes, soups, and salads.
